Shipping policy

At NAVIKA COUTURE, we want your order to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.


1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next business day. During festive seasons (Diwali, Navratri, New Year, and sale events), processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes We offer the following shipping options within India:

  • Standard Shipping — ₹99: Delivered in 3-4 business days (metro cities) or 8–12 business days (Tier 2/3 cities & rural areas)
  • Express Shipping — ₹249: Delivered in 1-2 business days
  • Free Shipping — ₹0: Available on orders above ₹1,999 (same delivery timeframe as Standard Shipping)

3. Shipping Coverage We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India via trusted courier partners. Please note that some remote pin codes may not be serviceable. If your pin code is unserviceable, our team will contact you within 24 hours.

4. Tracking Your Order Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and link. Please allow 1–2 hours for tracking to activate. If you haven't received tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at navika.couture@gmail.com.

5. Delivery Issues & Delays

  • Delayed delivery: If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we'll investigate immediately.
  • Failed delivery attempts: Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 2 times. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.
  • Lost packages: If your package is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or full refund within 5 business days of the expected delivery date.
  • Wrong address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Navika Couture is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

6. International Shipping We currently do not ship internationally. We hope to offer international shipping soon — stay tuned!

7. Packaging Every Navika Couture order is carefully packed with eco-friendly, secure packaging to ensure your garments arrive in perfect condition.
