Refund policy
At NAVIKA COUTURE, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of every piece we offer. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.
1. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within [7 DAYS] of the delivery date
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- In its original condition with all tags attached
- In the original packaging (wherever possible)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Return Timeframe
- Initiate your return request within [7 DAYS] of receiving your order.
- Requests made after this window will not be accepted, except in cases of defective or incorrectly shipped items.
- Once your return request is approved, please ship the item back within [2 DAYS] of approval.
3. How to Initiate a Return
Returning is simple — just follow these steps:
- Email us at "navika.couture@gmail.com" with the subject line: "Return Request – Order #[ORDER NUMBER]"
- Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return
- Our team will respond within [4 BUSINESS DAYS] with return instructions
- Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided
- Share the tracking details with us once dispatched
4. Refund Process & Timing
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within [REFUND PROCESSING TIME] business days.
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, etc.).
- Bank processing times may vary — please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchange Options
We're happy to offer exchanges for a different size or color, subject to availability.
- Request an exchange within [3 DAYS] of delivery
- Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and inspected
- If your preferred size or color is unavailable, we will offer a store credit or full refund
- Only one exchange is permitted per order

6. Damaged or Defective Items
We take quality seriously. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

- Include clear photographs of the damage or defect along with your order number
- We will arrange a free return pickup or provide a prepaid return label
- You will receive a full refund or replacement at no additional cost, based on your preference and stock availability
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and will prioritize resolving your issue promptly.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase
- Innerwear, lingerie, or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Customized or made-to-order pieces
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Gift cards or store credits
- Items returned without prior approval or outside the return window
8. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer-initiated returns (e.g., change of mind, size issues): Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We will cover all return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns. NAVIKA COUTURE is not responsible for items lost in transit during return shipment.
9. Store Credit Option
Not sure what to exchange for? We offer store credit as an alternative to a refund. Store credit:
- Is valid for [12 MONTHS] from the date of issue
- Can be used on any product across our store
- Is non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash
